SALES MANAGER

Automotive Sales Manager:
Experienced Automotive Sales Manager With Automotive Sales Background
The Automotive Sales Manager ensures the sales department meets sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team. He or she must forecast sales, maintain proper inventory levels in terms of vehicle types and amounts, and motivate the sales team. The Automotive Sales Manager hires, trains, and monitors team member performance, resolves customer complaints, and assists with closings when necessary.

SALES PROFESSIONAL

Auto Salesperson:
If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and you enjoy working with customers, then we want you to be part of our Sales team. The Salesperson is extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicle inventories. He or she presents new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale or lease and maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

AUTO INTERNET SALESPERSON

Auto Internet Salesperson:
The Internet Salesperson is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and who can communicate in a clear efficient way with consumers using their preferred method of communication (internet/email, mobile/Smart phones, tablets, etc.). He or she must consistently and profitably meet new vehicle sales quotas.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, two or more years of experience in a large-volume dealership, strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong math skills and sales aptitude. He or she must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and have excellent computer, internet, and mobile/Smart phone and tablet skills. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE AND INSURANCE MANAGER

Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager:
The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager presents credit service options and product protection choices to customers. He or she clearly explains products and services to foster a quick but well-informed closure to a deal.

The ideal candidate for this position has a degree in Finance or a related field and two or more years of finance and insurance experience. In addition, he or she has strong business acumen and sales aptitude, is self-directed by nature, and has exceptional interpersonal and math skills. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

AUTO VEHICLE EXCHANGE COORDINATOR

Auto Vehicle Exchange Coordinator:
The Automotive Vehicle Exchange Coordinator has a wide range of duties which include greeting every service customer, acting as concierge and traffic control. He or she will build relationships with customers. He or she will gather information for the database regarding e-mail, trade information and various other past buying information. They will prospect opportunities and offer a vehicle test drive. Attend all sales meetings as required by the sales manager.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, some post secondary education (degree, coursework, or certification), one year of experience in a similar position, strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. They must also exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail automobile sales. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
